Denounce:
1 .- That is a violation of the national Constitution: Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez leaves office in 2012 with special powers to legislate, a power which will allow you to "undo" their opponents in the new Parliament and deal with "comfort" their re-election aspirations.
2.-What is it clear that: Chavez, who took power for the first time in 1999, succeeded an amendment to the Constitution in 2009 to be a candidate in the upcoming presidential elections in December 2012.

We end this report pointing our requirements:
1.-We propose to the world the clear determination to find ways to achieve an output of totalitarian chains
We have maintained to this day dominated, claiming to perpetuate in power in the next presidential election in November 2012.
2.-We ask that international bodies to immediately adopt the International Democratic Charter in Venezuela, a country that has departed from the constitutional line, clearly violating the Constitution.
3.-We ask that you raise this for consideration by the OAS Permanent Council to treat it with urgency, "so that they continue to violate these four MPs (Biagio Pillieri, Jose Sanchez, Richard Hernán Blanco and German) human rights. "
4 .- That the OAS and other international organizations advocate to ensure that Members of the opposition will not be raided immunity by a discretionary decision of the President of the Republic, providing the clear intent made public by Hugo Chavez.
